Does anyone have advice on places to sell a 60" big screen. It's a RCA '99, works great but won't fit in my new home's basement. I tried every angle and everthing short of removing the offending segment of wall, which is still an option.

Best place (online or other) to sell a big screen
People have tried to sell big screens through online auction houses like ebay, and some have had success. Unfortunately, if your buyer is located across country, have fun packing your TV for freight.
The first place I'd try is your local newspaper's classified section. As long as you're reasonable on price, you should be able to find a local buyer. You may also want to ask friends and family if they know anyone who may want it. If still no luck, you may want to consider donating it to a local church or other non-profit organization for a tax benefit.
