i have a Rio carbon 5 gb mp3 player and the scroll wheel has colapsed...its still there in its place exept is really wobbly and it have no effect...i think it has broken of the peice it sits on and i was wandering if any one how i can fix it my self, or a reliable place that can do it for me....anything will be appreciated!! thanx!
It's doubtful you'll be able to repair it yourself. Rio has repair options available directly through their customer support group. You need to contact them for futher details.
