I have a JVC AV-27D302 Tv thats only 3 years old. There are horizantal lines on the top portion of the screen that started out real thin about an 3/4 of an inch and have progressily gotten wider and are slowly extending further down the screen. The picture behind these lines seem to be rolling or flipped upside down....
I HAVE A JVC ABOUT 4 YEARS OLD WITH EXACTLY THE
SAME PROBLEM, ONLY MY MODLE IS AV27920. I KNOW
THE PROBLEM IS IN THE HORIZANTAL OUTPUT CIRCUITS
BUT AS YET, I DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ELSE. I'LL
