Help! The player plays but will not open and eject the DVD. Blockbuster awaits.
Take a look in your manual and see if your DVD player has a feature called a "Dealer Lock". If so, you need to turn it off and that should fix your problem. If you don't have your manual, you should be able to find it online.
I have the same problem Ron on 9/25/05 addresses: I have my DVD eject locked up. My manual doesn't say where the Dealer Lock is. Please advice. Thanks
