I have a coby DVD player and can't get it to play DVD's anymore. I've cleaned it many many times. What eles can I do??????Thank You
What happens when you put a DVD in the player? Any spinning going on? Any codes or error messages?Are you trying to play commercial DVD movies?
no spinning & yes it was commercial.Also I tried burned dvd's.
Not a good sign that it is not trying to spin the DVD.Does anything happen at all? Does the LED panel light up, give you any indication that it is working? An error code?Do you get the Coby logo on the screen when there is no DVD in the player at all?
No I don't get the Coby logo anymore. What does that mean????
It means it's not working. You probably either need to get it serviced or buy a new one. If it's still under warranty, contact Coby and see if they can help you.
