Tv will not turn on and when i removed the back and tryed to discharge it didn't pop.The light is on but no picture.
I have a Toshiba 31" I was watching the other day and it just cut off. No smoke or anything but there was a smell. Tried to cut tv back on but nothing happened just a clicking sound when I try turning it on. Is this simalar to your problem?
No smoke or smell Just won't turn on.
