Pioneer XV-HTD510 Home Theater System

When playing a dvd, the receiver begins to skip & makes a clicking noise when the music gets louder or an action part is playing. The problem began when I was playing around with the surround sound modes & the DSP sound mode while watching a movie. I don't know what I did & don't know how to solve the problem. Can someone please help me????
