Sony DCR VX2000 White Balance turned Pink

I have two DCR VX2000 Cameras and one of them has developed a pink/rosie hue on the LCD screen and is also recording to the tape. I have manually adjusted the white balance but cannot get the pink to go away. Has anyone experienced this? Any suggestions would be most appreciated. Fran
