please can someone help me i have bought my son a mymusix mp3 player and i cant get any music onto the thing i have xp windows and windows media 10 as every one has sugested but it wont sync.
so he is left with an empty mp3 player and a grumpy face can any one PLEASE help

Chris 123 I don't know if you have already tried this but have discovered that the audio file has to be in either wma or mp3 file format, my computer automatically converts all my music to aac, so i had to re-convert each file before the mp3 player would even recognize my music, also I found that mp3 format is the best for storage space conservation
