We lost our remote and are trying to hook up a dvd recorder to it and we can not switch to video 1 or video 2 is there any way to do this without the remote? Our tv is an RCA Entertainment series model f32444. Can you help?

I'm not familiar with the TV and can't find a good picture of it, but you can try the following:
1) Look for a button on the TV called something like "Device", "Video", or "Source". Most TV's allow you to change the video source with button physically on the TV.
2) You should be able to buy a replacement remote from RCA or a dealer that specializes in remotes (such as remotes.com).
3) You could try and buy a universal remote that has the RCA codes built-in. Might be a longer shot if they would have the video source as part of the code though.
I have the remote for this tv but I cant get the dvd player to work. I hooked it up but I dont get a video channel and it wont work. can someone help?
