My RCA TruFlat Combo TV has a blank screen that reads "AV" and no sound. VCR and DVD work fine. Checked the antenna connections - we don't have cable or satellite. Power button works, but nothing from channels or volume. Any ideas? I can't find the manual.

Matt: The Model number is B27TF685. Thanks for the help!! We're missing the orginal remote and instructions manual, lost in our move last year.
Problem fixed. The input button on the remote was jammed. Thank you!
Our Curtis Mathes/Tronics is doing the same thing: black screen with message to connect the AV jacks cannot manually change the TV channel to channel 3. I accessed the menu to change the tint and now we are stuck on the black screen that states connect the AV jacks. Do not have the remote or manual any longer.. The TV was made in 1999 model number CM109001. We have a cable box. Can you help me to get back to a picture?
