Hi,
My daughter's DVD player reads DVD's sometimes and sometimes not. The same DVD, she can put it in and it can't read it. Then she tuns the DVD player off and then on and it sometimes reads it. Does it need one of those DVD cleaners. The DVD player is less than a year old. Any help would be appreciated thank you.

It could be one of several issues. Does it just happen with one particular DVD or is it random? If it's the same one, the DVD might be damaged. If it's random, it's probably the player.
