Hello,
Hoping you can help us. Our Apex AT2408 will no longer turn on. It's only a month old. This is the second set we've had. We simply turned it off last evening to set out for a bit. Came home 10 minutes later and the power will not come on. This is the same problem we had three weeks previous. Can anyone here help tell us what is going on?

More returns on that product than just about any other according to a friend of mine that used to work at walmart.
i have the same tv, it has been fine untill i started running the swamp cooler in my house. i think it got to much humidity inside and now it wont turn back on either. same think happened last week to my 20 sony, but after i set it outside to "dry" it works fine now. i just want to know if the apex has a fuse inside i can check.
Sure, checking fuses is easy. You'll need a multi-meter that can check continuity. BE CAREFUL if you're poking around inside of a TV. Many parts can seriously injure you.
Being careful is an understatement. My daughters best friends dad was messing with the family tv AND IT KILLED HIM, very sad he was only 40 and left a wife and 2 kids. I have messed with tvs when plugged in and had no idea they could kill you.
