I'm not familiar with any wireless in-wall speakers currently on the market. Most likely because wireless speakers require a power source like batteries or AC.
Being in wall makes this very difficult to do. You'd either have to have front access for battery replacement, run a cord down the wall and then out to an outlet, or make a speaker that can be hard wired to AC. None of these are very good options.
Until there is significant demand for this kind of product, you'll need to either use external wireless speakers, or find a way to route wires in-wall.
