Model Number on Screen

MLP

I have an old Hitachi C2166TN TV that my daughter will take to University.

However the Model number is permanently on the screen. Any idea what combination of buttons will remove the graphic. Manual no help.

It sounds like it is in Factory Mode. To exit Factory Mode you need to : hold "VOL+" & "VOL-" buttons in while switching tv on.
