I have a Sanyo TV Model AVM-2053. The picture has shrunk to about 4" in the middle of the screen. Any ideas as to how to fix this or where I could get a service manual? I'm thinking may a vertical or power problem?
It is a capacitor in the vertical circuit or the vertical output IC or maybe the power going to the vertical output. This power sourch is in the sweep power supply. I have seen on this model before the capacitor in the sweep supply for this voltage sourch to be bad. The service manual is available HERE as a download or you can order a paper copy.
