I have a Panasonic TV model number CT-32SC13G that blows the 6.3 amp fuse every two months. dont see any bad connections or symptoms. I suspect the thermistor. Anyone see this before?
I have the same TV and it blew the 6.3 amp fuse as well but only once so far. But ever since it was replaced, I now have color distortion in the corners. I've tried to adjust the Geomagnetic Correction under setup with no results. Has this happened to you as well?
A bad or failing thermistor can cause this as well. Since these are relatively cheap ($3-$5), I would change it. This would also cause the discoloring described by Charlie13.
Found out the fuse is a 6.3 volt slow blow fuse. Hard to find. Can get the original from Panasonic. Also change the thermistor. About the corners discoloring, make sure you plugged the thermistor socket correctly, might not be making contact, if not change the thermistor. Tom

you have to check the caps, special the big one for ESR.

I have also seen a simple bad solder connection cause this problem, but as Dan said they are cheap so replace the thermistor.
