I believe your talking about the convergence, it should have a consumer's adjustment in the on screen menu, it should be three cross-hair, overlay each one , it should tell how after you find it in the menu / setting
Your going to have to most likely replace or have the convergence IC's replaced my freind. A convergence does not all of a suddenly go out of alighnment, unless a part goes bad.
do you need a remote to fix this the onboard menu doesnt have anything
what's the model? some menu's are hard to maneuver and some must have the OEM remote,

we tried that but the cross hairs will still not align another suggestions

not really, as in what? it has to be a yes or no. did it look like anything was trying to adjust at all?
while in flash focus do you have a option for manually.. setting?
