only the top half of the screen has a picture, there is no sound and the picture, color , tint, and all the other controls for the picture go to zero any time you change the type of picture you want (sport,movie,weak signal) or turn the tv off then back on. The screen is black until you change the controls for the picture from zero

Did this only start happening when you put a computer next to the TV?
