i have a hitachi 53fdx20b projection color tv and when i power it off the screen goes blank but the power light still show on... is this a problem or not?
Are there any problems with the set? How old is the set? if it is new and /or has a warrantee, call the servicer to see if this is a normal function. is this something you just noticed after owning the set for awhile?

ive had the set for almost 4 years and its something i just notice
I would nopt worry about it unless your having a problem.
