symphonic Power Regulator

I have a 27" Symphonic that has no power.  I've been told that it's the regulator but I cannot find the part anywhere.  Any idea how to get a Symphonic (Funai) Power Regulator?

Well first off my freind,

Well first off my freind, lets make sure of the problem  I need the model number and or the chassis number.  Also do you have any solid state servoceing experience?  Do you have a multimeter and know how to measure voltahes as well as resistance?

It's a Model WF2702.  I took

It's a Model WF2702.  I took it to a tv repair shop, who told me it needed a regulator but he could not order the part since it's really a Funai and it's tough to get replacement parts.  Before I throw out a 27" TV, I wanted to get other options.

Bigjames, Is that a picture

Bigjames, Is that a picture of your TV set?  If it is, that set is old man.  I have to  know is this a regulator IC or a transistor.  There are numbers on all of these solid state semiconductors.  Please advice.

Sorry, that is not my tv.

Sorry, that is not my tv.  Just a picture I found to use as an icon.  I looked at the back of my television.  It indicates: Symphonic model WF2702, AC 120V, 60Hz, 110W, Manufactured by Funai in July 2002.
