Need the model number of your bravia in order to assist properly since the error codes change from model to model number.
I replace the lamp light now it blinks 3 times. I can't get the door to the lamp to shut properly. Is there a way to by pass the blinking red led light?
I think the bar that holds the door close is broken. What should I do?

the only way to bypass tht would be to close the switch cintacts using tape or etc. Or you can wire the switch direct just remember the lamp door switch is a safety issue so bypassing should only be done to determine if the door or swittch is defective.
My sony bravia xbr LCD with cable access on the back went on standby started to blink 4 times with a pause . Then i turned it on it powered up with green light but then it shut down on standby.The first time it happened i contacted sony they sent a repair man out . My bill was $350.00 to replace two fans.
3 years later my TV started to blink again. i refuse to do that again.
i open up my LCD and used a nozzle with brush attachment an vacuumed the dust from all the circuit boards.Then i located the two fans an unscrewed them from the base an cleaned them.The third fan was screwed down to the base with a soft sponge around it . i unscrewed that and cleaned it make sure to clean sponge too. underneath the fan there are breathing holes they will be clogged with dust vacuum then put fan and frame back on to unit and cover .Plug it back and see what happens . worked for me
