Hello fellow tv technicians!
I am having some trouble in my 5 yrs old sony wega: KV-HP212M83
When I PowerON sound keeps working normally till the green LED blinks and screen is activated.
when the screen is activated with completely greenish (No picture) with few horizontal black lines, and in a few seconds the brightness increases and the screen just blackout itself with a horizontal white line at the center.
After it goes to standby the Amber blinks 2 times and goes off.
Please guide me in troubleshooting the problem and whether it's worth to repair or scrap it.

I have opened the connections to all cathodes and swapping the cathode results the same problem.
But when i disconnect the C703 connector which is H1 and 200v the device doesn't shut down and the sound is normal.
Does anyone familiar with this type of problem.
