Sony KP-46WT520 HV Protection

Recently had my TV diagnosed by an authorized Sony repair shop for the 10 blinks problem. They said I need a new D Board and they want $900 to fix. That's almost as much as I paid for the TV and I could easily buy a new 46 inch for that much.

Anyway, I figure I'd try to repair the D Board myself, and I am a Electronics Repair Tech and have experience soldering. I have a repair manual, and for HV Protection problem it says check q8014,q8013 & r8051 on d board, does anyone have the part numbers for these? That way I can just replace them all, obviously if the IC is bad, I'll have to replace the board. I figure I can replace these parts before I spend $350 on a new D Board, IF I can still find one.

Thanks in advance for any help.
