Mitsubishi WD-52725 green light timer keeps flashing

Hello,

 Looking for help

My tv started doing this Thursday and I first press the reset button which did nothing

then pulled the plug let rest for 10 min the tv came back on the problem occurred 3 more times so now it is just unplugged

I am thinking the problem is the capicitors 16v went and bought 35v

Looked at the manual for the WD-52725 but I do not know hoe to get the DM board out. I was going to take out to install 35v

So far I have taken off the back panel but have not moved forward looking for advice
