I have a Mitsubishi WS-55813 TV set that started loosing Video and Sound (... black screen, but the set will remain ON (no blinking Green Light), or distorded image (... Horizontal Bars). When that would happen, I turned TV Off and On again, and Sound and Video would come back. About one week ago, we turned the set On and there is a Blue Screen... no video and no sound. All the TV Menus work and look ok. The message stating "no signal is persent set will turn off in a few minutes" is very leagible. When retrieving Error Codes... Code 12: NO ERROR DETECTED. I try every INPUT on the Terminal Board (incl. VGA) with same results. And, PIP has the same problem.

Are there any Wiring Diagrams with Signals Outputs available for this TV set?... if so, Where can I get them?

...with the little I know, I think I have an issue with in the Signal Board. Is there any easy way to Check Power Supplied to Board, and Values/Signals at different Pins?

More than likely, your

More than likely, your problem is caused by a defective IC on the signal board, IC9C25. This is a job for an experienced tech because of its location and small size. This is a V23 chassis and the service manual is available on the Techlore site I believe.

I tried looking for the Manual but no where to be found in Techlore Website...

Does any body have the Service Manual for a Mitsubishi Rear Projection TV Chassis V23/V23+/V23++/V23+++ in PDF format?
It should be a 2 Part Manual... Part 1 is Specification-Safety Precatuoins-Disaasmebly-CRT Replacement-Electrical Adjustments-Parts List-Block Diagrams; and Part 2 is Schematic Diagrams (PCB Wiring Diagrams with Pinout Test Results/Scope Signal(s) Screen Sample).
