Since no one is going to help

Since no one is going to help you, I'll try. But in the future, try to act more civilized. I've been here less than a week and I've already figured that out.

Your SSID should automatically fill in once you scan for a WLAN connection. If it doesn't, you need to ask whoever controlls the wireless connection for it. The SSID is usually the same as the connection name.

Do you have a wireless router

Do you have a wireless router? If not, then you can't use WLAN at home; you have to go to a coffee shop or business that offers wireless internet.

Once you have that figured out, go to Network Settings>Infrastructure>Scan. Choose the one that either has the highest connection percentage or isn't encrypted.

The SSID is the name of a wireless network. The PSP will initiate a scan and list nearby wireless networks broadcasting their name. You can manually enter the wirless network information if the network is hidden.

If there are no wireless networks with broadband internet access near you, you will not be able to connect your PSP to the Internet easily.

It is possible to connect your PSP to the Internet via a dial-up web conection with the right equipment (at least in the US), but will only be capable of providing PSP firmware updates and other low-speed tasks. It will be far too slow for playing games. Instructions for this are here: "How Can I Get My PSP Online with Dial-Up Internet?"
