I am trying to attach a song onto a DVD that I'm making...IT's an MP3 and the program allowed me to choose it, but when I go to make the DVD I get an error message saying that it 'cannot convert the captured file because of an error' ....and when I close that message I get this message: 'Cannot convert the following files-Exile - woke up in love.mp3'
What do I need to do to get this file to write to the DVD?
Do you want the song to play with the video thats on the dvd or no?If not drag and drop the song from its location to the drive that has the dvd in it.
I'm sorry. I see that I didn't give you enough information. I already have the movie/still picture slide show ready to write to the DVD. I have the song attached to the slide show (which comes after the movie). Click to DVD let me choose the MP3 song, which tells me that it's one of the formats that it allows, but when I go to make the DVD, I get an error message telling me that it cannot convert the MP3 song.
I used to use Windows movie maker all the time, but that's been years ago. This time I tried to use Windows movie maker and it couldn't read that the camcorder was plugged into my computer. That is when I switched to CLICKTODVD
Sounds like you need to use windows movie maker because the other programs not going to work,i can help you find a driver for your camera for that computer,im shure your computer recognizes it but it just dont know what it is.i would need what OS{operating system}you are using and what make and model your camera is.Also does your camera not use an SD or Micro SD card of some type?And do you have an SD card port on your computer?
