Toshiba TV 57H81 red light flashing

Hi everybody,

First time user.

I have got the same problem with my Toshiba TV 57H81 like you ( Tommy Tester) had in the past
and posted excellent article like to fix it.
Red light is flashing. It leads to fuses F850 and F852.
I did all steps to flip over and release the board PD 0074, but unfortunatelly this is not an area of my expertise and I am not able to locate those two fuses, because I did know how they look like.
I am guessing that it is something small and it needs to be de-soldered, according to couple and similar articles.
Would it be possible to get electrical diagram, or scheme for  board PD 0074?
I also have got problems to find those two fuses over the internet. Where else  I can go and try to find it?
