the problem now is i put new memory in and when i start it up the standby light stays on the i peep still comes up and now i have a picture on the monitor now i can not acess the login as the mouse will not work tryed a new mouse and still not working
Did you install the correct memory? It sounds as if the computer can not recognize the new memory. It may be the wrong type. Try putting the old memory back in first. If it comes up, you may have the wrong type or it may just simply be a bad stick of RAM.
