Wharfedale TV problems!!

Im new to this forum and wonder if anyone can help me?!

I have a Wharfedale LCD3210AF Television (Which has built in freeview), Typically it has just ran out of warranty!

The problem I am having is that when watching 'digital' I am inable to change channel. It is stuck on the last channel I was watching. None of the buttons on the remote control will work except for the volume and mute! I am able to switch to terrestial channels when the remote control will work as normal!

I tried to manually use the button on the side of the television to change channels. Again, whilst on 'digital' only the volume would work. On terrestial, I could change channels and the volume!

I have changed the batteries in the remote control, but this made no difference! I can't understand why I can not use any functions on the remote control when watching 'digital' but can when on terrestial. It is the same with the television buttons!

Any help or advice would be really appreciated!
