I am trying to locate or find out some info on a transformer on the mainboard of a technika / techsonic 19" lcd tv , the main board is a MSDV 1901 and the markings on the transformer are : MSC 2Y-0045 .
any help would be highly appreciated .

If it helps, I also have an msdv1901 mainboard with a faulty power supply but the transformer part number is MSC ZY-T0045 which has a few hits:

Just to play devil's advocate - are you sure it's the power supply? I have one of these - the screen is dark, but there's still white noise from the speakers and a flashlight against the screen shows it still has an image, so it's the backlight inverter that's to blame.
