I have a Zenitz D52WLCD T. V. that won't come on. There is sound but no picture. Have tried replacing the lamp with 2 new ones, same results. The operating lamp flashes orange when I turn TV on. It continues to flash for approx. 1 minute and then goes to RED. The Lamp and Temp indicators never light, just the Operation Indicator. Also, when I turn TV on, approx. 30 sec later I hear a click, but still no lamp. I find it hard to believe 2 brand new lamps were shipped bad, although possible.At $227.00 a pop, need to know if there is another problem. Appreciate any info.

Most likely this set has a bad power supply circuit, or the ballest circuit is bad. These are not repairs a user should attempt unless you know what your doing. Play it safe and find an authorized Zenith repair depot to assist you in the repair of this TV set. Good Luck, please let us know what the problem was.

My zenith has had the same problem for some time. I have replaced the bulb to no avail. However, I have found that by unplugging the set for a few hours, it will turn on (not every time). I was told that the issue could be a switch mode power supply PCB. My concern is that everytime you try a fix it's a couple of hundred dollars out of my pocket with no guarantee of success. There's no skin in the game for the repair company. Not sure how much money I want to sink into this.
how did you reset the lamp timer???? i have been searching and trying numerous solutions but none worked.

HI Ihave the same problem lamp indicator resset they tell me to press question mark and hold then enter 9876 and then ok button when I press question button and hold nothing happens I have tried this many ways and also there is no ok button on my remote any help would be great thankyou

IVE REPLACED THE LAMP IT WORKS FOR ALLMOST AN HOUR BUT THEN THE PICTURE GOES AWAY JUST BLACK SCREEN AND SOUND ON SO CAN IT BE THE POWER SUPPLY OR THE BALLAST
it could be a combination of both issues.

I replaced the lamp in my Zenith D52WLCD tv. Screen is black. Sound comes on. I was told that the lamp timer need to be reset. I can't get a display so how can I reset the timer. Any suggestions?
