i have a sony wega kv-29fq85e and when i turn it on i have no pic but sound good and then close and open again hearing the rele twice.

Hi I have a sony wega KV

Hi I have a sony wega KV-29FQ85E and when i turn it on i have no picture but sound good and then close and open again hearing the relay twice. Then the red led in the tv screen blinking 16 times and then stops.After that is blinking again and then stops. Sometimes when I reboot the TV the picture is ok

Please advice
