I replaced both ic chips and I am still not getting a picture. Makes a click and back to the 6 blinks. Checked the 2 picos on the G board and also the 7 picos on the D board. All have ohm reading.
Not sure if this has anything to do with it but I went through resistors and only found resistor that gave no ohm reading. Which might be ok given the size of it. Its near where the outlet plug connects to the G board.Its quite a big resistor. I don't think this has anything to do with the 6 blinks though. but just thought I would throw that out there. I've checked my soldering and messed with it 3 times but still nothing.
Any suggestions?

Well I guess I will attempt to test the voltages. See if anything is off. I have the manual but just thought someone could give me some pointers before I just start testing things. Hopefully I don't fry anything. But then if I come up with nothing I guess I am just going to throw the thing out.
I've got +22 and -22 going to the D board. But what should I check next?
