This TV powers up 5 to 15 sec. Then shuts down then comes up does the same thing. Checked the voltages of the fans in the chassis and all seem to be working. Sent the ballast board in to moduslink PTS. They checked the board said it was OK. No other lights on the front panel come on or even flicker. The blue power light just starts blinking and it powers up and it starts all over again. Please HELP!!!
Hey I replaced the power supply and that wasn't the problem. It ended up being the bulb. It seems that a bulb can be going out a NOT triger the lamp indicator light on the front panel. The only thing is I had the set up for about 40 min's and the new power supply blew a 200v cap (Smoked it) Im glade I had the old one to put back in. The set is back up now and playing so far. So... those of you who have this problem of the set shuting off and back on, IT COULD BE JUST THE BLUB FAILING.
