I have a WD-62525 Dlp TV. The timmer light flashes continously, I have reset the unit , unplugged pwr, tried a different pwr source, No luck . The unit turns itself off or plays for 5min then the screen scrambles. Any sugesstions. It is 1.5 yrs old.

That's most likely due to a bad FMT board.
have you try to reset the lamp timer on the tv?
