ummm i want 2 add a memory card in 2 my sony ericsson k300 i... is this possible and if it is wich cards can i buy im lookin for a 256mb??

As far as I can tell, the k300i has no options for adding external memory. Unless it has a slot for a memory stick, there's no way to go beyond the 12MB internal memory in the phone.
