Panasonic PT53WX42F convergence,shut down issues

My panasonic rear projection started acting up a month ago.First the blue started wandering out of sync and I could adjust it back with the convergence settings and then it became worse the blue was actually jumping up and down about an inch or 2 on the screen like someone was in the TV wiggling the blue lense. The picture never became bowed or distorted like many of the other threads i have seen, just that the blue would not stop moving or stay in adjustment. Finally I turned the tv on one day and the blue fell about 10 inches out of wack and wouldnt adjust at all and a few minutes later it shut off and gave me the 3 blink code on the power light. Now the unit wont stay on 20 seconds and it shuts down.I just replaced the convergence chips and 1 resistor that appeard burned out, but still shutting off after a few seconds. I have read a little about pico fuses but do not know anything about them and there location. Any help appreciated as I am no TV Tech

I have identified what i

I have identified what i believe are peco fuses ,orange red in color, look like diodes ,correct me if i am wrong.I found 2 to the right of the convergence chips and did a continuity test with a multimeter .I get an initial beep when i test .Should there be resistance in these fuses?
