Hi, I lost my manual and can't get the answering machine to pick up. The phone is hooked up and is working. The outgoing message is recorded ok.
Also, does anyone know how to check messages remotely with this unit?

GE does not seem to have any owners manual where they used to but I have used thier customer service over a toll free number and they have assisted me several rimes in the past. For customer service assistance, dial 1.800.448.0329, Contact Us via Email or, if you prefer, write to us at Thomson, Inc.P.O. Box 671988Marietta, GA 30006-0034Perhaps whoever you speak to will give you a website to find the owners manual, or send you one. Good Luck,and let us know how you made out.

I called thomson and was able to get a copy of my manual online. Lost manuals may also be purchased if not available on line.
