The Tv when turned on only stays on for 3 seconds then turns off.
While attempting to use previous posts to fix the TV I thought that the problem may lie in the convergence IC. However when I took out the main fuse and clipped a 100W light bulb to it the set caused the light bulb to blink two short blinks and one long. According to an old post by Larry D. it was stated that in this case that there was a short in the set. I have check the pico fuses and the ones mentioned in previous posts and now I'm stuck.
Would someone please provide me with assistance in determining the next step to take?
Try cooling IC9C25 located just in front of the inputs panel.
