I apologize for not entering the correct model number. I have a KDL 40V3000 SONY LCD television.
The set is turned on and begins to illuminate, then shuts off and the standby light blinks 13 times. Is this fatal, or can I repair it for a reasonable price. If repairable, can you refer me to a good parts supplier or used LCD television parts.

I am seeing references to the main board on other sites regarding this issue. Someone told me a main board is around $1100.00 and I see used ones for $120.00 on e-bay.
