If you can solder and follow directions, I have a DM board fix for this TV set with pictures as well.. Just request the directions and leave an e-mail address, and I will send these directions to you. If you are not handy and are not mehcanicly inclinded, do not attempt the repair yourself. A repair person will most likely charge you 700 to 1000 bucks for a repair such as this. Good Luck
Larry,
Do you what I should look for? LCD flat screen, plug was pulled while set on, now no sound. It is a Avion TV Model LU32A1A3
I moved your thread as we try to stay organized here at techlore.com. You posted on a wrong model and make of TV set. I am sorry, I do not have a clue about this type of TV set.
Allot of tech's don't work on those off brands. The parts are imposable to find, and schematics are hard to get. Let alone any manufacturer support. Stick to a known name brand. You will have a better chance on getting a tech to fix it (or help you). brands like;Zenith,Panasonic,Sony,Pioneer,Phillips,Curtis Mathis,RCA, Toshiba,Mitsubishi,Samsung,Hitachi, there may be other brands that are generaly supported that i can't think of right now, but Avion is a name i have never heard of before. It sounds like a tv you would get from Wal-Mart.Check your user’s manual, most of the manufacturers i mentioned have a help hotline. They may too. Call them and see if they can tell you what is going on.
I senserly doubt that any tech's here can help you on this one.
How did you come up with zapdbf? lol Do you do Curtis Mathis? I have a friend that got a smaller 20" set from someone but most of the channels are rated for PG14. How does the parental lock get over ridden on these sets?
Yes, we have done it in the past, we had a local dealer that was curtus mathis. Do you have a model number. i just may be able to get this.
Larry,
Here is my address [email protected]. Could you please send me the fix for:

That is not going to fix your TV set. The LCD does not have the same things in it that the Mitshubishi TV set does. It is completely different. So any infor for the Mitshubishi TV would be useless.
i have a mitsubishi wd62527 and i changed the lamp and now the tv wont even turn on. the lamp light just keeps blinking. someone told me my dm board might be bad. is this easy to fix in this model. if so can you tell me how so i can fix it.................thanks
Cabby, first double check the lamp and make sure you have it installed properly and also double check the lamp cover as I have found this to be a problem most of the time also
