I have a Samsung txr3079whx slim fit. it was making a faint wining noise for 2 months and then it just shut off it wont come back on. the red light in the front is on and blinks 4 or 5 times but the screen has nothing. I was wondering if u had any advice or info of what i can do or look and see to fix?
It seems to me that one of the capacitors (electronic component that stores an electrical charge) in the TV may have shorted which accounts for the fact that it will not turn on anymore. You should have the TV checked by a TV professional.
