Our TV was experiencing a convergence problem. I have replaced the convergence IC output (following the procedure posted by Larry Dilon on July 22, 2008 on DIY Repair), and was successful. There was little bit of adjustment needed to refine the display but during the adjustment process the HSTA setting was accidentally adjusted to more then the allowed +- 200. After it reaches the maximum alowed setting the system shuts down. I tried to turn it on again but no luck. I replaced the convergence IC output for the second time but still won't turned on. I was wondering if you can provide assistance on what to do next. I checked with our local authorized service but they are charging $900 to replace the convergence power module, which they had done 2 years ago. I heard that Mitsubishi doesn't manufacture this type of board anymore. I suspect that the problem is in the DM module but not sure. I appreciatre your help and guidance.
