I have a toshiba TP43H60 television. I am having a problem with the tv. On occasion throughout the day the tv will have lines that will appear on it. More like horizontal lines and it is only on the top of the screen. It happens to every channel and even if i pop in a movie i still have this problem. It seems like it is only a certain time of the day that this happens. Any ideas on how to fis it? can i possibly buy a filter to filter out the interference is so where can I?
Keep a digital camera nearby and post a picture of this issue. It will be easier for the community to help you if they can see what you see.
