I have a RCA model F20351SF Chassis CTC176E that is dead fuse is good no high voltage just dead any help with this set ( repair manual) thank you in advance
Check for your -40 and + 40 volts coming from Reg. ic. IF present check accross the off on switch for 5 volts. If you get 5 volts on both sides of switch then you have a bad eprom. Also check HOT and associated diodes.Also this set is bad for bad grounds around the inside of tuner shield.
Yes I did it was a resistor that looked like a thislat I think it's RT4201K
Did you ever get this problem resolved? I would love to know what you did. I have two of these. Sets are completely dead and I cannot find the reason.
