Having a problem with my Samsung Hcn4226w projection tv. Original problem was no raster which was fixed with new CG Amp bd. Tv works fine but has a green tint around the perimeter of the screen similiar to a degauss problem in a conventional crt tv. Not sure if a projection tv is subject to similiar magnetic problems that require degaussing. Any suggestions.......

yYu replaced theconvergence driver board it Sounds like, you will need now to adjust the green drive in the set not to be so hot!
Thanks for the reply. I have adjusted the green drive, it does not fix the problem. The green does not affect the whole screen more around the sides than in the center. Could this be a degauss problem?
never heard of that before, but I guess anything is possible, are you sure the outer onvergence is good?
No degauss on an projection set.
Sounds like you may have bad coolant in the lenses or air.
look in the lenses with the tv shut off and it should be very clear
looking with no cloudiness or air bubbles. If so change the fluid.
