There are emulators available

There are emulators available for playing Playstation 1 games on your computer. None are fool proof, and they can take a significant amount of horsepower in your PC to run, but if you try out a few of them and your computer is up to date, you should find one that can play the game you're looking for

You can find a list of known emulators here: http://www.emulator-zone.com/doc.php/psx/

Let us know how it turns out for you.

When it comes to emulation of

When it comes to emulation of certain systems, like the Playstation, the BIOS is a copyrighted file. For legal reasons, emulators aren't typically packaged with the BIOS in order to prevent any "legal" action. The BIOS files must be downloaded separately.

In order to also protect the interests of the site, given that I'm an employee of the company that manages TechLore, I also would prefer to not link directly to the files necessary to make the emulator work. However, I can give you a few helpful hints and some direction.

A Google search for "Playstation BIOS" will yield a location for the files you seek on the first page of results. When you find a download location, download the zip file and decompress. Inside, you'll find a file called "SCPH1001.BIN." Copy it to the BIOS folder in your emulator directory, and you'll be good to go.

I'm guessing you got it to

I'm guessing you got it to work since you haven't responded, but just for your information and reference it is perfectly legal if you own a playstation. I have one that died, so I got an emulator a while back that works great. Good Luck.

I'm not saying it's illegal, nor am I saying it's legal. This is one of those gray areas, and I tend to err on the side of caution since I'm an employee of TechLore. :)

All the instructions for finding an emulator and getting it working are posted in this thread, but I can't hand-hold you through the process. Your megaman games await you, provided you can use the instructions here and figure the rest out for yourself.

I should also note that if your games are from a country other than the US, you'll need to download and use the PSX BIOS file from the country that your game is from. Meaning, the US BIOS won't run European games, etc.
