I purchased a Sony KV-34HS510 television in June, 2003. Within the last three to four months, lines and spots have developed on the inside of the outter screen that cannot be removed. The lines are of varied lengths and location but all mostly horizontal. The dots are like pixie dust scattered all around the screen. I am not sure what can be done about this but has anyone had this same type problem with Sony or any television product and what did you do about it. Thanks
no never had this, however i would look in a damper ciruit closely.it sound like what you are seening is the retrace lines.
